
The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)

Soulful Ray is certainly about the physical art, but there is also so much more to it. It gives me a space where I can be at peace creating something from scratch. Yoga taught me to search for that mental space and awareness as much as I could in my daily life. So, I still teach yoga as much as I can too. But being an amateur painter and jewelry-maker at the start, I know what it is like to begin something late in the game. That’s why I always try to create classes that are inclusive and welcoming to all levels. My main two platforms are burn and vinyasa. Burn is an exercise class that incorporates yoga moves and light weights (optional). While the vinyasa style class is much more of an eb and flow kind of feel.
