The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
The Om Collection
Yoga has become one of the pillars of my life. Though it may sound a bit cliche, the practice has helped me grow into the person I am today. As a classic Sagittarius, my speed is always at 100%. Always trying to grow, learn, expand- in an attempt to be the best version of myself. And that has served me pretty well in the last thirty years, but there is a Catch-22. This constant “go,go, go” mentality has led me into a space where I find it to difficult to stay present. Yoga has cultivated that sense of pace- slowing down and absorbing the moments on a day to day basis. “Om” represents “all being.” In yoga, it stands for the idea that all realms of your life are in sync or in balance. Isn’t that what we are all trying to achieve in this crazy life? So, to some, “Om” may just be a way to conclude a yoga class prompted by the instructor. But to others, like myself, I use it as an ideal I would like to live up to. My Om Collection hopefully brings out the inner peace and solitude within you, because that was my goal when creating it. Namaste!
