The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
Custom Bracelets
For those that would love a word on their bracelet, whether it’s sentimental or just FUN AF, this is the place to be. You choose the color beads: white, silver, or gold. Then, choose the beads you want: large, small, black, green, etc. and then choose what it says! Don’t like any of the combinations/beads I have goin on for the customs, then you tell me! Click “other” and then write in with the words what color beads and what size beads you would prefer. I will make it happen!
