Vinyasa Yoga: (30 min. Or 60 min)

This is a flowing sequence, with a combination of movement and balancing postures. All levels + several modifications.

The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)

This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
