The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
The Millie Collection
Poised, unapologetically honest, and truly fashionable. That was my great Aunt Millie. She passed this year at the incredible age of 104, but she left a legacy that will never be forgotten. Her never-ending compliments still ring through my ears when I am yearning for a pep talk. Her perfectly manicured nails and crisp matching pastel suits are always in my mind when I go to grab yet another pair of yoga leggings. Her zest and optimism in the midst of a life that had many obstacles- is something that I hope to embody as I look back on my life. This collection, in my opinion, is timeless and beautiful, just like my Aunt Millie. So, my hope is that when you wear this collection you feel fiercely confident, unafraid to make mistakes, and take in every day- the good and bad.
