The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
“One of a Kind” Collection
I have found these beads in various stores in several cities not only around the country, but the world! Wherever I travel to, I try to find beads and add them to the Soulful Ray collection. So, for these, it will tell you exactly how many I have of each product; if it says “1” then you have a one of kind! Sometimes I will able to find more of the same exact bead, but sometimes I can’t always replicate the same item twice. So, in that case, get them while they’re hot!
