The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
There is nothing that touches my heart more than messy, scribbled cursive saying, “I love” or, “Thank you.” Holding a wrinkled, what seems like ancient, note in between my fingertips, I can’t help but feel the authenticity that flows through the page. In a world full of over-stimulation and technology that tends to interfere, writing or receiving a hand-written note is gesture that should not be forgotten or underestimated.
