The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)

This may be my favorite part of the website. Only because when I was a little girl, I had a slight obsession with homes. I know, it sounds bizarre, but when kindergarteners were begging their dads to take them to the park, I was attempting to convince mine to take me to Open Homes. Architecture, design, and the overall feeling a home you love can grant you, are all realms I deeply admired. And for awhile, I put those interests to the side, to pursue a career in teaching. However, that love for Tudor homes and a great Victorian always seemed to peak through the surface. Painting portraits of the sanctuaries where families create memories, is an honor and a joy. So, thanks to my cousin, Diana, who originally asked me to paint her house out of the blue. It worked as a domino effect to the point in which I began painting the things I loved most quite a bit. Just attach a photo of your home, and I will do my best to capture the true nature of the home in watercolor.

This section is a tad atypical from the things I normally create in my collection. However, it started when my brother and sister-in-law asked me to try an abstract painting for their new home. Reluctantly, I agreed, and to my surprise, it ended up being one of my favorite art forms. The flow of the paint onto the canvas and the freedom to interpret in any way that you would like, makes for a beautiful experience. Choose a Canvas size, and then describe what you are looking for and what color scheme, and I will create your one of a kind piece. In terms of pricing, I charge depending on the hours put forth, so I will give you an estimate once you fill out a request.

There is nothing that touches my heart more than messy, scribbled cursive saying, “I love” or, “Thank you.” Holding a wrinkled, what seems like ancient, note in between my fingertips, I can’t help but feel the authenticity that flows through the page. In a world full of over-stimulation and technology that tends to interfere, writing or receiving a hand-written note is gesture that should not be forgotten or underestimated. And how much better is a card that is not only hand-written, but the content is hand painted?! Each one of my cards was an idea from various clients, and I painted, and reproduced so that you can enjoy them with multiple friends and family!
