The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
With its gorgeous, ornate wings and graceful nature, butterflies are the symbol of rebirth and new beginnings. I was recently engaging in a conversation with a friend who just experienced the greatest tragedy of her life. She went on to tell me how butterflies constantly stop to perch near her ever since. Smiling at one another, we realized that butterflies stand for a new chapter; they are the hope for a better future. So, here is my butterfly anklet, inspired by my strong and tenacious friend.
