The “Booch Bootcamp”: (30 min. Or 60 min)
This is a workout that combines circuit training, weight-lifting (3 lb.- 10 lb. weights recommended), and cardio bursts. Intimidated by yoga? No fear! This workout does incorporate squats, lunges and some warrior poses, but anyone can handle the workout (yogi or not)
Abstract Paintings
This section is a tad atypical from the things I normally create in my collection. However, it started when my brother and sister-in-law asked me to try an abstract painting for their new home. Reluctantly, I agreed, and to my surprise, it ended up being one of my favorite art forms. The flow of the paint onto the canvas and the freedom to interpret in any way that you would like, makes for a beautiful experience. Choose a Canvas size, and then describe what you are looking for and what color scheme, and I will create your one of a kind piece. In terms of pricing, I charge depending on the hours put forth, so I will give you an estimate once you fill out a request.
